Shipping policy


Delivery is curbside delivery only to the ground-level exterior of your residence or building unless otherwise arranged in advance

For all Curbside Deliveries, Carrier will call customer couple days prior, to schedule an appointment.
This service does not include inside delivery, carrying items upstairs, room-of-choice placement, unpacking, assembly, setup, or removal of packaging materials.

If inside delivery assistance is requested directly with the freight carrier or delivery driver, additional charges may apply and will be the responsibility of the consignee/customer. Dream Furniture does not guarantee or include inside delivery services unless specifically arranged and paid for in advance.

For customers requiring assistance moving large furniture inside, upstairs, or into a room of choice, we recommend arranging third-party movers or helpers prior to delivery.

A signature from someone 18 years or older is required upon delivery. Customers must inspect shipments upon arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Any concealed damage must be reported to Dream Furniture within 24 hours of delivery.

Since items are shipped in factory packaging, some merchandise may require assembly by the customer.

In the event of shipment refusal, return, failed delivery attempt, inability to access the delivery location, detention, storage, or additional delivery services requested after shipment dispatch, the customer may be responsible for applicable restocking fees, redelivery fees, storage charges, and/or additional freight costs.


** In case of refusing or returning the shipment, the buyer will be charged a 30% restocking fee as well as two-way freight costs. Likewise, in case of refusal of shipment or failure to comply with the delivery requirements; attempted delivery, detention, and/or storage fees will be the sole responsibility of the consignee.
