Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your new furniture! If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You can return your item within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging materials, tags, and labels intact.
- Valid Reasons: We only accept returns for valid reasons, such as if the item arrives broken, damaged, or significantly different from what was described. Please note: We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if the reason for the return is not valid, such as the couch not fitting in your space, comfort of item or the color not being exactly as expected.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at Customer Service, within the 7-day window to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

Return Shipping:
- If your item was shipped via Freight or USPS, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
